The Times Record: SaviLinx Recipient of MTI Grant Award

SaviLinx was recently named one of the winners of a grant from the Maine Technology Institute (MTI), winning a total award amount of $95,000 as reported in The Times Record. The award will allow for the creation of an innovative system called the SaviLinx Enterprise Information Management System, which will enable the company to provide enhanced services providing more strategic information and analytics to clients.

Paving the Way for Innovation

Other award-winning projects include innovations aimed at improving Maine’s traditional industries, such as paper, and supporting growth in emerging industries.

The Maine Technology Institute is an industry-led and publicly funded nonprofit whose mission is to fund the research, development and applications of technologies that generate high-quality jobs across Maine through creating products, processes, or services. Funds are available in the forms of competitive grants, loans, or equity investments. Recently, MTI announced six new challenge winners of grant awards from the bond-approved Maine Technology Asset Fund 2.0 program.
