SaviLinx Supports Contact Center Growth with Additional Training Facility in Hattiesburg, MS

SaviLinx will use new facility to train and coach its rapidly growing customer service workforce

BRUNSWICK, Maine – July 27, 2016 – SaviLinx, LLC – a contact center specializing in business process outsourcing, customer service, and technical support services – has added a second facility in Hattiesburg, MS for training and coaching. This team supports a government contract which has been extended and expanded, enabling SaviLinx to hire more than 75 additional Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). The Mississippi workforce now numbers 222; when combined with the 232 employees based in its headquarters office of Brunswick, Maine, SaviLinx’s total workforce is 454*.

“We opened our Hattiesburg location in 2014, and plan to continue investing in this area,” says Heather Blease, founder and CEO, SaviLinx. “We have great employees here, and our customers agree – our contract expanded because of the support provided by our Hattiesburg team.”

SaviLinx now has two Mississippi locations to house administrative professionals and for training and coaching its CSR workforce, most of whom work from home. After the initial training period, experienced team members come to the offices for “nesting” – they provide side-by-side mentoring for new employees before they start working remotely.

The company partners with Pearl River Community College to use its Woodall Technology Center to accommodate large training classes and team meetings.
