About Heather

Heather Blease founded SaviLinx as a Woman Owned Small Business in 2013 on the former Brunswick, Maine Naval Air Station. Under Heather’s leadership, SaviLinx built a record for providing world-class, fully managed, custom contact center solutions. Through programs serving State and Federal Government and commercial clients, Heather is fulfilling SaviLinx’s mission to Help People. Heather has more than 25 years of experience working in the contact center industry.

She founded a contact center company called EnvisioNet in 1995 that grew to employ more than 2,500 employees in Maine, with five locations serving clients, including Dell and Microsoft. In March 2017, SaviLinx received the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) certification, which means the company brings jobs to communities that have experienced economic hardship. Heather successfully worked with Maine’s US Congressional delegation members to expand the HUBZone census tracts surrounding the country’s closed military bases. Heather’s commitment to economic development in underserved areas continues by launching new contact centers in Lawrence, Mass., and Caribou, Maine.

Heather has garnered many awards for her achievements, including the USWCC Growth Master award, the MRRA Most Innovative Business, and ranking #28 on the 2017 Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies. Heather is a Maine native and graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
