Mike Wilson

SaviLinx, a Maine-based Contact Center and Business Process Outsourcing company is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael (Mike) Wilson as its new Vice President of Operations.

In this role, Wilson will be responsible for spearheading a metrics-driven operational team and delivering superior service to clients. He brings deep experience in achieving growth and leading cross-functional teams to SaviLinx’ executive team.

Most recently, Mike served as Executive Vice President at Support Services Group, an outsourced engagement center company with more than 10,000 agents. Wilson has also been a chief operating officer and vice president of operations for multi-million dollar companies. Additionally, Wilson serves as a board member for the Center for Grieving Children.

With more than 30 years of experience in operational leadership, Wilson is recognized for his ability to drive efficiencies, fast-track growth, and design operational strategies that align with the company’s values and goals. Wilson’s talent in leading diverse teams will enable him to successfully collaborate with finance, the board of directors, and outside partners.
