A Remote-First Workplace

SaviLinx is a remote-first company, which means most of our team members work from the comfort of their own homes. After training, the majority of our positions are fully remote, giving you the flexibility to build your career without a commute. All of our meetings, updates, and one-on-ones happen seamlessly through Microsoft Teams, so you’ll always feel connected and supported no matter where you are.

Ambassadors aren’t supervisors or trainers — they’re peers who have been in your shoes and can help you adjust, share tips for thriving in remote work, and answer the everyday questions that pop up along the way.

We know that a typical hiring process can sometimes feel vague or discouraging. You apply, wait, and often never hear back. At SaviLinx, we believe your time and effort deserve respect, so we work hard to make our process clear, consistent, and responsive.

When you apply, you’ll hear from us, even if we don’t see an immediate match for one of our open positions. Throughout the process, we aim to keep communication timely so you’re never left wondering where things stand.

We’re also committed to sharing feedback with candidates who move forward in our interview process. If you have a conversation with a recruiter or progress to later stages but are not ultimately offered a position, we’ll provide thoughtful feedback to help you understand our decision — and, when possible, give you the chance to discuss it directly with us.

1. Apply

You might notice something unique in our application — your resume is optional. We’re less focused on where you’ve been and more on what you can do.

2. Application Review

We automate a lot of things at SaviLinx, but not our application review!  Every application is reviewed by a human recruiter and, at times, the hiring manager before a decision is made.

3. Interview

A recruiter will reach out to schedule a time to connect with you live. We use this time to learn more about your background, skill set, and goals for your next job.

4. Skills assessment

In most cases, this will involve a short assessment of your computer navigation and customer service proficiency.

5. Offer

Once references are complete, we’ll make an offer to you, including salary, benefits, and other relevant details.
