About Gracie
Gracie Ramos is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and serves on the Executive Committee at SaviLinx, where she is responsible for the Human Resource function across all Savi States. Before joining Savilinx, Gracie worked as an HR executive in the healthcare and construction industries. She led the HR strategy across various states and locations, working with multiple leadership teams. Gracie has experience in strategic Human Resources management, leadership development, employee relations, training, safety, succession planning, dispute resolution, workforce planning, total rewards, compliance, and operations. Gracie holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management (MAOM) with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Ashford University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Management, Human Resource Management Option from Boise State University, where she also completed a Dispute Resolute Certificate, Human Resources Management and Services. Gracie grew up in Wyoming, where she loved spending time outdoors with her two brothers. She has six children, and she and her husband live in Bremen, Maine, where they enjoy spending time on the water. Gracie is an EMT and volunteers for her community as a first responder in her spare time.
